Meet Chef Talia.
Chef Talia is the heart and hands behind Platinum Palate Catering. Raised on Sunday dinners and family gatherings where food was love made visible, she turned a lifelong passion for hospitality into a full-service catering company rooted in Southern tradition.
From weekly family meals to weddings and corporate events, Talia brings the same standard to every plate: scratch-made, thoughtfully sourced, and prepared with the care she'd give her own table.
She plates every course like it's for someone she loves — because that's what Southern hospitality really is.
